feat: webhook field fixes, Force Ready endpoint, improved error logging

- Fix Call record field names (recording, callerNumber, durationSec)
- Add POST /api/ozonetel/agent-ready using logout+login for Force Ready
- Add callerNumber to kookoo callback
- Better error logging with response body
