- ColumnToggle component with checkbox dropdown for column visibility
- useColumnVisibility hook for state management
- Campaign/Ad/FirstContact/Spam/Dups hidden by default (mostly empty)
- ResizableTableContainer wrapping Table for column resize support
- Column defaultWidth/minWidth props
- Removed non-functional Filter and Sort buttons
